The Celestial Earth Participates in Stakeholder Consultation on Circularity-Linked Bonds

Our Founder & CEO, Dr. Tania Ray Bhattacharya, and Executive Director, Dr. Anindya Bhattacharya, attended the Stakeholder Consultation Workshop on the Development of a Framework for Circularity-Linked Bonds (CLBs) organized by the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship (RMSoEE), IIT Kharagpur, on 12th August 2025 at the India International Centre, New Delhi.

The workshop convened policymakers, regulators, microfinance institutions (MFIs), industry leaders, investors, and researchers to explore how innovative financial instruments—particularly CLBs—can accelerate India’s transition to a circular economy.
